WWRF & ITU Collaborate on Supporting Telecommunications Development

WWRF Chair Nigel Jefferies met Cosmas Zavazava, Director of the ITU Telecommunications Development Bureau, in Geneva last week. We took the opportunity to present the Director with a copy of WWRF’s latest book ‘5G, Cybersecurity and Privacy in Developing Countries’ and took the opportunity to discuss potential collaboration between the two organisations on issues related to development. We also had the chance to discuss WWRF’s commitment to the Partner2Connect Digital Coalition aimed at fostering connectivity and digital transformation in the least developed countries.
